Steps to Our Design Process
Phase One: Concept Design

3. Design presentation with 3D renderings and scaled design plan
Phase Two: Development Plans
Precise plans, elevations, and construction documents to ensure the design vision is carried into the construction process. This includes but is not limited to:
- Site plans
- Plumbing plans
- Equipments specifications
- Pool lighting/Electrical plans
- Permit plans/Health dept plans
- Hardscape design plans
- Landscape design plans
- Landscape lighting
- Irrigation plans
- Material specifications and construction notes
- Structure design plans
Phase Three: Consulting
Residential and commercial construction requires attention to detail during every step of the process. We are happy to work with you at key points of construction to ensure that the process is going as intended.
